The free tools are provided as-is to help you prepare documents. You are responsible for checking every figure, classification, wage rate and form before you sign, file or send it. The tools do not give legal, tax or accounting advice.
Service
SubDesk prepares certified payroll and billing documents from information you provide. You review and sign every report, and you remain responsible for paying your workers correctly and for the accuracy of what your company certifies. We never pay workers or hold client funds. Service terms, including limits of liability, are set out in your customer agreement.
