Free tools

The WH-347 generator, pay application generator and lien release forms run entirely in your browser. The names, wages, hours and amounts you type are not sent to us. They are saved only in your browser's local storage so your work is there when you come back, and you can clear them at any time with the Clear button.

Pilot signup

When you request a pilot we store the details you submit (name, company, email, phone, crew size and the answers on the form) so we can contact you about the service. We do not sell this information.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and which tools are used. We do not record what you type into the tools.

Customer payroll data

If you become a customer, payroll records you send us are used only to prepare your reports, are stored encrypted, and are deleted on request or after the retention period you choose, subject to record-keeping rules that apply to you.
