DIR stops accepting V1 eCPR files on January 13, 2027. If your payroll software still exports V1, your uploads will start failing.

For California public-works subcontractors

Your certified payroll, done every week. You just review and sign.

Send us the payroll you already run. We prepare your DIR eCPR filing (and the WH-347 on federal jobs), check every classification, fringe and overtime line against the wage determination, and flag problems before they turn into withheld payments or penalties.

From $249/month. No setup fee. Cancel anytime.

Each week

  1. 1You send last week's payroll export and timecards.
  2. 2We prepare the DIR eCPR file (and WH-347 on federal jobs) and check rates, fringes, overtime and apprentice ratios.
  3. 3A person reviews every report and lists anything that needs your answer.
  4. 4You sign off. We upload to the DIR, or hand you the file.

Late reports hold up your money

Primes and awarding bodies can hold progress payments when certified payroll is missing or wrong. One bad week can sit on a check for a month.

Mistakes turn into penalties

Wrong classifications, short fringes and missed overtime are the usual findings in a labor compliance review, and back wages plus penalties add up fast.

It eats your office's week

Retyping hours into the DIR portal, then again into the prime's system, is hours of work that nobody gets paid for. And DIR just changed its upload format.

How it works

Setup, about 30 minutes

We learn your jobs

Send your active projects, wage determinations, worker list and classifications, and how your payroll exports. We build your crew and project profiles once.

Every week

We prepare and check

Your payroll becomes a DIR eCPR filing in the new V2 format, plus a WH-347 on federal jobs. Rates, fringes, overtime and apprentice ratios are checked before anything reaches you.

Every week

You sign, we file

Review a short exceptions list, e-sign, and we submit through your DIR account or the prime's system. Records are kept for when a request comes in.

Simple monthly pricing

Every plan starts with a free 30-day pilot. No setup fee, no contract.

Questions

+What do you need from me each week?

Your normal payroll export (QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, Paychex, or a spreadsheet) plus timecards if hours by day are not in the export. You keep running payroll the way you do today. We never pay your workers or touch your money.

+Who signs the certified payroll?

You do. We prepare the California eCPR filing (and the WH-347 on federal jobs), flag anything that looks wrong, and send it to you to review and approve. The certification has to come from your company.

+Do you upload to the DIR?

Yes, if you add us as a user on your DIR Public Works account, or we hand you the finished file and walk you through the upload. Either way you see exactly what gets submitted.

+What if my prime makes me use LCPtracker or another system?

Tell us during setup. We enter the same reviewed payroll into the system your prime requires, so you are not doing it twice.

+How does the free pilot work?

For 30 days we prepare your certified payroll at no cost. If it saves you time and catches problems, you continue on a monthly plan. If not, you keep every report we made.

+Do you give legal advice on worker classifications?

No. We check your classifications and rates against the wage determination you are working under and flag mismatches. Final classification decisions stay with you and, if needed, your attorney or the awarding body.

Try it free for 30 days

Tell us a little about your crew. We'll set up your first week's certified payroll at no cost.

No card needed. We'll only use your details to contact you about the pilot.
